President and CEO
With over 25 years of experience of providing technology solutions for a diverse number of businesses, Gordon brings with him a tremendous depth of knowledge for how to fulfill any company’s software solution needs. In his role as President, Gordon maintains ESS’s leadership role in the industry while also providing invaluable consulting advice to a client during their evaluation and implementation phases.

Ron Hepting, CGA
VP of Consulting
Ron’s mission is to assist ESS partners in the planning of their business software solution. As a financial controller himself, Ron knows the criteria that the person in charge of solving their business’ software needs has. His commitment to speaking in their language and understanding the challenges they face is invaluable to ESS and ensures that our clients go through their implementation process smoothly and without incident.
